This week my boyfriend, Dominic, and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary. I wanted to share about how our journey has been, and how excited we our for the future. To be honest this past year has flown by! This time a year ago we were in Florida participating in the Disney College Program. We had so much fun there. It was like having Disney World as your back yard! We took every opportunity to do something fun and unique, and I was lucky to have the chance to experience it with him. When we arrived back in the Bay Area it felt like the summer came and left like the blink of an eye. We did so much though, like go to Giant's baseball games, travel to Southern California, and things around town. The fall and winter were sweet seasons of settling back into student life, watching the 49ers have an epic season, and spending time with our family. Now we are back in the spring, and a year has gone by. I am so grateful and blessed to call this man my partner, match, and love. He accepts me for the honest person I am, and inspires me to go for my dreams whatever they may be. He's so passionate and full of love for everyone. We are having so much fun, and really it's only the beginning! I have to say the best part about Dominic is that he's my best friend. I can rely on him and I know he's right there by my side. Okay...I'm done with the mushy gushy stuff! A simple way to put it- Dominic is awesome!

This was the day that Dominic asked me to be his girlfriend! We went to this scrumptious pizza parlor in San Carlos and then he took me to see a gorgeous view of San Francisco from Twin Peaks (he asked me on tip top of that hill-- so romantic).
We celebrated our 1 year anniversary at Epcot and enjoyed a delicious dinner at Chefs de France. I remember thinking we may not be able to go to dinner because earlier that day there was a tornado warning in Central Florida! Being a California girl, I did not know what to expect. Sure enough, the sun broke through and the clouds left. We were able to have dinner and a wonderful memory.
Last night we celebrated our 2 year anniversary by eating at Fleur de Lys, which was a gift from my dad and step-mom for Christmas. To put it simply, the food was amazing and service was impeccable. I heard it was the best French restaurant in San Francisco, so the anxious waiting was completely satisfied! As you can probably see by now we love to eat! More than anything, we love experiencing new places together, and our anniversary is a great excuse to try something delicious and exciting. I highly recommend these restaurants. I'm sure you'll have a great experience like I did.
On a side note, isn't it silly these are all selfies! I'll be showing other full body photos soon. :)
Love,
The City Feline
